why e-learning?

what are they?

Zenosis modules are high quality e-learning courses which are always up-to-date. Additionally they are designed to be used as online reference and performance support materials.

Each module focuses on all aspects of a specific subject, explains the relevant legislation and provides expert commentary based on real-world experience of regulatory compliance and good practice. At the end of each module there is an optional assessment.

how difficult are they?

Although all the modules are aimed at professionals, the level of the modules varies from introductory through to advanced. The modules catalogue gives a detailed outline of each module including its approximate level and duration.

what does 'always up-to-date' mean?

This is one of the key benefits of using Zenosis modules. Regulations, their interpretation and associated guidelines are subject to constant change. Zenosis modules will always reflect the current legislation and also describe changes in the pipeline.

how will I know if updates have been made to a module I have purchased?

Each time a module is updated we email all the users of that module and when users log on the Zenosis system they will see details of the changes on the homepage.

who writes the modules?

Industry experts who have real-life experience of complying with regulations on a day to day basis work with Zenosis editors and instructional designers to provide modules which are not only relevant and accurate but also engaging to use so that they will promote learning. The industry expert for each module can be found in its detailed description in the modules catalogue.

how does the solution reduce risk?

Subscription to Zenosis allows users to make better informed decisions and reduces risk of these being made on the basis of out-of-date information.

At the end of each module there is a mastery assessment which users can complete multiple times, and the results are stored in their personal quiz results history that they can access using the 'personal' menu. If requested, Zenosis support can send managers a report of any user's assessment results and evaluation forms that they have completed.

how long will it take?

The length of time taken to complete each module varies upon the individual subject, the learner and use of external electronic resources provided. Generally speaking Zenosis modules take 4-6 hours to complete. One of the benefits of e-learning is that learners can proceed at their own pace enabling them to skip over areas they are familiar with or spend additional time on areas of specific interest.

what happens when a user no longer needs access to a module?

The user can unsubscribe to the module and will not be charged any future maintenance fee for that module. In addition, access will be terminated and the user will no longer have access to that module.

what happens if I no longer need access to my modules, but still wish to access my training records?

In order to maintain access to your records you must be enrolled on at least one module. A certificate of completion can be printed for your training records if required.

how often do I need to pay for access to the module?

Module licences are paid for on a one-off basis although on rare occasions module may be withdrawn (see below). After this you simply pay an annual licence renewal.

what does the renewal licence cover?

The fee entitles the user to continuing access to the module, unlimited updates to the module throughout the year, email updates of changes, access to the Zenosis Learning Management System and technical support.

how much is the renewal licence fee?

The fee is GBP£30 (EUR€43, USD$54) per module licence, per year.

You need to buy a module licence.

You need to buy a module licence for each module you wish to access.

A module licence entitles a user to be allocated a single module of their choice; module licences are not transferable between staff.

A Zenosis module licence provides access to copyrighted Zenosis modules covering four different functions:

  1. Access to the content contained in your module of choice for training purposes
  2. Access to search and glossary functions supporting use as a day to day reference tool
  3. Regular updates of related regulatory changes
  4. Utilisation of a wide range of tools for users and managers to analyse and verify usage

Yes, a user can access as many different modules as required. However each different module requires the use of a single module licence.

Unfortunately this is not possible. The module licence entitles the user to access both the module and the record of training / usage. Also Zenosis' very competitive pricing is set at this level based upon a one user, one module scenario.

Users simply subscribe to another module by contacting either Zenosis or their organisations contact. This will require another module licence.
